I’m going through my folders again to find shots I overlooked on my first cut. Some of them I might be the only one to like…
I vaguely remember this place, bored to death, cold rainy nights and deserted guesthouse, I’d spend hours on the roof drinking alone and writing and watching the flow of call girls dropping off at the next door motels and drunken Korean men stumbling through the alleys and arguing on their mobile with their wives.
Anyway… would have been cool in color, but the camera was loaded with some sweet, sweet HP5, so here you go.

Dissent on Flickr.
Forgot about this one… Would have made more sense posting this before the so-called Arab Spring started. I think I shot that in Aleppo, somewhere in the streets. My first thought was ‘oh man, I hope whoever did this didn’t get his ass kicked’. And it was possibly the only time I saw anything featuring Bashar al-Assad defaced anywhere in Syria.November 03, 2011, 11:28am
